Summary:
WINDOWS, DOOR, PAINTING – Remove the two (2) west facing windows and install two-pane insulated glass windows, exterior glass should be Lexan, tempered, or similar. Replace the west facing door, transom, and framing to fit inside the existing brick opening. Door to be half-glass with two horizontal panels below like existing. Paint door, transom, and frame same or similar colors as existing.
FENCING – Remove existing chain link fence and gate. Replace with 6’ tall decorative metal fence and gate.
Project will remain open until a sufficient number of qualified bids are received.
